This video was filmed just a couple of weeks ago. This is the first time Mari has gotten to use the VW Bus. It's also the first video we've done with it since it got a good bit of work done to it. The Bus was down for a while for a carb rebuild, replaced a bunch of the seals/gaskets to stop water from leaking in and did a bunch of electrical work to it. The key is also now in it's original place, to the request of quite a few. :) She gets in to try and start it up, which isn't so easy. The carb 'rebuild' was only to replace a few seals, so it's still the same old carb that it's always had. It's still as temperamental as ever. :) view more.

She has to spin it over a few times before the car will stay running. She then starts revving it with her cowgirl boots, working the gas to make the engine's rpm's dance up and down. She gives a little smile to the camera in the process of revving it. After a few minutes, she slips the boots off and revs it with her socks bunched up a bit on her feet. This clip knocks out a few requests for socks and cowgirl boots while revving and what better way than do it while introducing a new model. :) view more.

Tinsley has to be the 'gofer' girl in this clip for work. She's not too thrilled about it but it's gotta be done. She hops in her car, turns the key and it just spins over. She pumps the gas some, tries it again...just spinning over and not catching. It takes her a couple of minutes to get her old Camaro started and she backs up out onto the road. She puts it in 'D' and pushes the gas only to have the cold engine stall on her. She gets it started immediately but it conks out on her a few more times before it's finally running smoothly. Vassanta has a very close encounter with death while driving the Monte Carlo on this rainy day when her brakes go out! She frantically pumps the brake pedal in her patent red stiletto pumps but the car isn't stopping. We pick up with Brooke sweating from all the work she's having to do to get this damn car to start! Imagine being one of those cars going by and seeing this gorgeous blonde bouncing away trying to get this old junker to start. I'd be leaving skid marks to turn around and come help! :D When she does get the car going, she floors it and almost pushes the car in front of her out of the way. She's scared it's going to die on her if she goes to slow. The car does stall again when she whips into the driveway and then again when she parks it where she thinks it should go. Of course, not wanting her to think the fun was over, I make her move the car over a bit and she's a little stuck. This girl is so much awesomeness wrapped into one person it shouldn't be legal! :) view more.

This clip is a few days after Hana got the Monte Carlo stuck in the mud. There was about a month or month and a half of when the Monte Carlo was almost perma-stuck and various models tried getting it out. I'll lay out the timeline within each clip as this long, multi-model saga is posted. So basically, the car has been stuck for 4-5 weeks now. Just a few days prior to this clip, Hana was here for a shoot on a rainy day and really dug a deep hole right next to one of our nice bushes. The car wasn't moving anymore by the time Hana got done with it. So fast forward to this day, Scarlet is trying to get it unstuck since the ground has dried a bit. She spins, rocks and digs with a shovel to get the car out but it's not looking good. view more.

The custom video script: "Kimberly Heart ran out of gas in the Bug. She's walking back with gas in her little can and puts it in the tank. She gets behind the wheel, looks in the mirror to brush her hair, puts the key in, pumps it a dozen times, turns the key and the car just cranks...and cranks...and cranks! This doesn't sound good. She tries again but the same thing...just the motor spinning over and not catching. She begs and pleads desperately for it to start but the motor isn't listening. She grabs her cell phone to call her boyfriend butt the phone dies after the fourth ring. She tries starting it again but is still only getting the raspberries from the engine! She feels something weird in her left shoe so she pulls it off and finds gravel in it. She shakes it out and pulls off the other one and rubs her feet together and tries pumping in her stocking feet. She is getting desperate but doesn't do a lot of hard pumping. Suddenly a car shows up but she doesn't recognize it. She looks in the rear-view mirror and looks out the back window to see who it is but she can't tell. She rolls up her windows and desperately keeps trying to get the car started.... " view more.

With this last clip of the series, Barbie is driving through town in the big 1961 Caddy. She hits a few stop lights along the way but it's mostly a straight through shot. This is the day after Scarlet got the Monte Carlo unstuck but not without some damage to the exhaust. That's why it's all crookedly parked when Renee goes to start it up. I got the exhaust taken care of and I want Renee to move it on the driveway. It takes her a little bit of work and pedal pumping to get the Monte to start. She backs it up and then parks it on the driveway to do some revving in those cute gray boots she's wearing! view more.

Rockell Starbux is still having a fun and sexy time revving this classic Camaro in some black leather boots. She gets the engine all nice and warmed up but after a few minutes of revving, the car ends up stalling out...not sure if it's out of gas. She gets it fired up again but then it also dies again. She's driving her big truck with an itty bitty skirt on, bare legs and some sexy stiletto black patent pumps! She's good at wheeling the truck and isn't afraid to get the beast up to speed on these curvy roads. She ends up behind a school bus but the driver of that bus is a lead-footed female drive as well. Scarlet tries getting the Jeep started today but no luck! She pumps the gas pedal in her cowgirl boots at first but then slides them off, hoping she can get a better feel for the pedal. Let's start the updates this week with a whopper custom clip from Tiffany! She's got her hair in some cute little pig tails, her plaid button down shirt and a pair of brown Swedish clogs with an anklet on her right ankle. The video has her starting up the old VW Bus, which takes some work to get running. Then she has to maneuver it out of it's spot and get it pointed the right direction before she can drive it. Lots of pedal work from a floorboard camera and from the passenger seat. She doesn't go easy on the bus either, when she floors it, she makes it scream! view more.

It's lightly snowing and Gem is leaving for work. She gets in the Monte Carlo and starts cranking away at it, pumping the gas pedal to get the cold engine to start. It sputters a little bit, she's close! She gets a nice big back-fire from the car during the process. I guess it doesn't want to go anywhere. Not long after that, the battery starts getting weaker and weaker before finally dying entirely. Now she's gotta find another way to work! view more.

Another hour long clip for you driving fans! This is partial self-filmed and a mostly real-time video. So the story to this clip is we had Cassandra, Dirty Diana, Scarlet and a new model ready to do a fun 2 car, 4 camera pedal pumping video. Cassandra was going to be sporting the Camaro while Dirty Diana was going to drive the old VW Bus with Scarlet and the new model in tow. Cassandra got a little too carried away leading the pack, so when the VW Bus started experiencing engine issues, Cassandra was too far gone to know where they dropped off at. So poor Diana & Company were broke down on the side of the road with your narrator, Shish, assisting. She gets in the car and calls her friend to tell her that she thinks someone is following her! When it rains, the two places where we park cars on the side of our house get really really slick! For a while, you folks have seen the issues girls have backing up a car that is parked in front of the bushes. It makes for great video to watch them struggle to back up. This spot though is different since we usually back the car into it. It's a slight dip, so for a rear wheel drive car, to push the heaviest part of the car up the incline and over the lip of the driveway usually just breaks the tires loose. This stuck saga started with Rockell Starbux and Dirty Diana is now picking up where she left off. The Monte Carlo loves to also conk out when the girls get a good run going. Feathering the gas is the proper way to do it but hey, if they did things 'properly' we wouldn't have much to watch, now would we? :) view more.

So we're now in front of the car, watching the headlights dim as Mandie is trying to get the Volvo started again. She tries a few times before letting the car roll. I thought she was going to try to pop the clutch but no, she just rolls along and cranks at the same time. lol She does get it started after a lot of struggling...it seems that hard braking earlier has made the car not want to run so well. But once it's going again, she starts going around the parking lot again as we watch from a distance. The car is stalling more frequently now and she decides to head back to the house and not push her luck. At the red light leaving the parking lot, the car stalls on her again! Audrey hops in the Jeep ready to leave but it's acting up more than usual. She can't get it to start and after a few minutes, she kicks her heels off to pump in her nylon-clad bare feet. The battery gets really weak and at the end, you can barely hear the starter gets stuck in the 'Engage' position and is very slowly grinding over. Audrey isn't sure what is going because when she turns the key again, nothing happens. Oh well, dead battery, stuck starter and late for her meeting...might as well just call it a day! view more.
