Scarlet is reluctant to take this piece of shit Coronet while Cassandra & Elizabeth are eager to drive around in this loud, old-school beast! It takes a few tries for Cassandra to get it started and Scarlet uses the opportunity to express her disdain for this car. Cassandra keeps working it with Elizabeth encouraging her and it FINALLY starts and Cassandra begins revving it, loving the sound it makes! After a while, Elizabeth hops over to have her fun behind the wheel but first turns it off to see if she can easily start it. With the engine warm ,it doesn't take much to flood it and make it take a few tries to start again. She then starts revving while encouraging Scarlet to come up and rev it. Finally, Scarlet gives in to the peer pressure to rev it and as she's revving it, she's starting to enjoy it more and more. The old car sputters and sounds like it might want to start but she thinks it's a weak battery and rolls the car down the driveway to swap them out. For those of you that don’t know, Scarlet purchased the 1986 Monte Carlo for her site when we had a stint apart from each other. She loves that car, even though it’s a clunker. You don’t hear girls saying that about old junk cars often but it’s true, she does like taking it to run errands and on the days she might not want to fool with it, she still knows that it needs to be driven often to keep it in shape. A lot of these are filmed by Scarlet, most are filmed with her phone. There are a few ‘pedal play’ segments throughout these various compilations. Sometimes, Scarlet just wants to play with the pedals for poops-n-grins! 
While most of these will be in the Monte Carlo, there are some other cars mixed in as well.
You’re not going to find a better display of natural, real and authentic cold-start/old-start’s than this stuff here.

I posted a teaser of this clip on Youtube but now you get to see the abuse that led up to the motor giving out. This wasn't the stock motor, it was a fresh rebuild by the previous owner. But with all the hard driving the girls have done in it over the past 2 years, it finally threw in the towel! Damara shows it no mercy in this clip. She keeps those rpm's high the whole time! We're now in the process of rebuilding this motor to use as a backup for the fresh motor that is in the Bus now. Apparently she did a good number on this motor in the video, she spun a rod, messed up the crank and cracked a head. Just another day here at PTP HQ! B-) view more.

Finishing up this month of 30 updates, who better to bring our '10 Year Celebration' month to a close than Scarlet herself. She has a ton of issues with this car today. She has to stop and get gas before heading to a fast food joint to pick up some food for the crew. She has issues leaving the driveway and after getting gas but when she goes to get food, the car won't start after order the the food at the drive-thru. Some employees end up pushing her out of the way. She lets the car sit while she runs in to get the grub and that seemed to do the trick as she is able to get it started up again. view more.
