**This is the right clip for this description now. Sorry for the confusion earlier this week. 3 great cold starts with Vivian in these shiny black riding-style boots. She starts out getting the little 1987 Renault GTA fired up and ready to drive down the street. Next up is the old 1980 Cadillac Coupe Deville. She's talking about how the boots she's wearing are becoming her new favorite pair of boots. She sits down, pumps the gas a few times and the car fires right up. She's revving the car mildly to warm it up good before she tries driving it because her experience in this car is that it gets stubborn if it stalls not long after it's first start of the day. She puts it in gear and as she gets on the gas to move the car it does it's muffled *thud* backfire and stalls out. Now she spends the next few minutes trying to get it fired up again but it's not starting, only sputtering. She mashes the gas pedal to the floor a few times while holding the key and it just chugs and sputters without actually starting up. Ok, she gives the car a break. When she tries it again, she holds that pedal to the floor and spins it over till it finally sputters, chugs and fires up. Lots of white smoke comes out of the exhaust and fills the yard like a giant fog rolling through. Lastly, she cold starts the Monte Carlo. She's wearing her black leather jacket now as she needs something a little warmer than her fleece jacket from earlier. After a few tries, the Monte sputters to life and she gives it a few revs before the video ends. view more.

These were some in-between and after filming custom #1000 here. It starts out with her strutting up to the old Coronet parked on the side of the road and telling you she's going to get it started ...except you can't get it started with a dead battery. Doh! Gotta love the sass and humor from this gal! Ok, so the battery is changed and it fires right up, time to romp on it! She gives it some good revving while I close the hood, gather the gear and get ready to head back to HQ. view more.

"To the house, Jeeves." is how the video starts off. Not sure she liked being called that but, what can she do about it? I'm the director and with that comes the privilege of getting to wear a funny hat and call people names. That's how it works, right? lol Just before she turns onto the road, I remind her to not drive like a grandma because if you're familiar with Tinsley's driving in the past, she can be a little frumpy. But she does better in this clip and opens it up a little on these twisting and winding back-roads. I believe this is the first time Cheyenne got to give the old Volvo a little pumping action. Her Aunt Cassandra is filming from the passenger seat and also providing a little coaching. Cheyenne finds out pretty quickly how frustrating that old Volvo can be. It starts up after a handful of tries and she thinks that's all there is to it until it chugs and stalls. Then she gets to meet the real Volvo -- that cranky, coughing, sputtering, stalling, shaky and annoying Volvo. Good times! There are also some scenes mixed in from me filming them outside the car getting the drivers side and the tailpipe as it shakes during the cranking. A bit of a 'creeper cam' feel to it. view more.

So what started as a 'start the Bug right quick' turned into a 17+ minute clip of Riley struggling with the Bug for a looong time and then not-so-long with the Camaro before it's battery died. Poor girls left leg and foot were getting a workout. But she never asked for a break, she kept right on pumping the whole time. So hardcore! lol Cranking and sputtering in the old little Bug that is super flooded. But when she does get it started, she let's it idle while she goes to start the Camaro but it's weak battery from the bad starter doesn't last too long. view more.

That old Chevy Laguna of hers is a hot car to take out but it's a biiiitch to deal with. Must take after -- so yeah, she has to get the battery charger connected before getting behind the wheel and seeing if the old beast will fire up. The struggle is very real today! Cassandra Cranks & Revs the 1987 Renault GTA Floral Dress & Boots

Damn, I miss that little Renault. Was such a great car for this but it was an absolute unicorn when it came to finding parts for it -- next to non-existent. I can't tell you how many parts manufacturers I called to try and track down parts that were needed. I don't mean parts stores, I mean, actual part factories. It's hard to find out who actually makes some items because they sell to wholesaler X who sales to distributor Y who then contracts for parts store Z. I remember calling a window regulator production company and sent them images and measurements of the passenger side window regulator to see if anything was close or could be modified/made to fit. No dice. He asked what car was it for and I told him and he just replied, "A what?" Lol! That's never a good sign that you're going to get what you need. Anyways, this clip is Cassandra cranking Pepe le Peu (Pew? Peau? Pheau?) and then revving it up when it finally starts. Some tailpipe shots of the exhaust smoke and gauge shots of the tach needle bouncing around. Also, I think this might be the last Renault clip with Cassandra. view more.

"Where's the receipt?" she asks of you sternly. "Oops." is the only reply you can come up with and that doesn't really smooth things over with her. She gets out of the car and walks to the gas pump to get the receipt herself. She gets back in to start the car to leave but it takes a few tries to get it going. She kicks her hot pink pumps off after the first try because it's easier to pump the Coronet's gas pedal without heels. She revs it a few times, puts it in gear then starts to head out of the parking lot. She gets to the main road and the car stalls on her. I guess it worked for the better since some jackass blocks the entrance. She berates him while trying to get the car started again. view more.

She finally finds her way back to the old car she saw for sale on the side of the road and pulls in to check it out. The owner comes out and shows her the car. Vivian sits inside. She tried to get him to let her fire it up, no dice. Since she can't play in it, no sense in staying around. We get back into the BMW and she drives around some more, mixing in a good bit of revving while coasting. view more.

She's got this cute yellow dress with white polka-dots on with a pair of flat gold thong sandals. We're over where we parked the cars to grab the old Monte Carlo. An easy old start that on took a few pumps for the car to fire up. She's trying to back it up out of this tight yard we had most of the cars parked in. She reverses up the driveway and gets the car turned around and then gets on the road. Her pink toenails and gold sandals glisten in the sun as she presses down on the pedal to open her up a little but the engine coughs and stumbles a little. She lets up on the gas then slowly rolls into it again. She goes down, turns around again and this time when she rolls into the throttle, the car responds much better now...that's more like it! view more.

Jewels Setting Up the Monte Carlo for Custom 1166

These are the behind-the-scenes and things from custom 1166, where she was cranking the old Monte Carlo in this itty bitty skirt, black sheer hose and sexy strappy stiletto heels. The video starts with her in the car while it's parked in our garage and she starts it up. She revs it while I finish tinkering with some cameras, which you can see via the picture-in-picture mode. Once that's situated, I get back in the passenger seat and, after a little bantering, she gets the car into reverse and attempts to park it where I want it for the video. However, it proves to be a little difficult since a) she's already forgotten which way she's going and b) she keeps spinning the wheels trying to reverse up the gravel incline. After 3 failed attempts she basically just says 'fuck it' and "I'm just gonna gun it." with that no-fucks-given look on her face. Finally, she gets it where it needs to be! She does a little more revving right after the car stutters and almost dies but she was quick on feathering it and keeps it running. She kills the car, starts pumping on the gas and thus ends the clip. view more.

Jane is waiting on Jewels to come out of the house so they can go. Jewels is finally ready and walks across the yard with her bright yellow flat sandals on. She's riding shotgun so Jane can drive. A little cranking, some stalling at a stop sign and red light along the way, then some hard flooring by Jane to make up the lost time when the Jeep stalled. When they park the Jeep, Jewels slides over next to Jane to do a little 'grand finale' revving with her left foot. Her fresh french pedi and bright yellow sandals against her tanned legs make for a nice view while Jane's blue 'butterfly' sandals and feet are just in view, tapping away while Jewels romps on the gas pedal. view more.

Shuffling some cars around on this chilly day. She gets in the Monte Carlo and gets it fired up and moved out of the way. She leaves it idling and goes to the Volvo to uncover it and get it fired up. She pulls it down in front of the Monte Carlo and while filming from the back of the car to get some exhaust shots of her warming it up, it sputters and dies. A mix of cranking, sputtering, stalling and revving fills out the rest of the video with some exhaust and close-up pedal shots. view more.
